To help us get your furniture into its new home, please ensure that the items you have purchased will fit through any entrances and hallways and that they will be suitable for the space where they will be placed. We will provide you with the measurements of your purchase to help you do your home and obstruction measurements to ensure it will definitely fit. It is important that you do this because should it not, a 10% cancellation fee may be charged and any delivery and Coriguard costs are non-refundable.
We want to help you with a successful delivery, so we also offer a hoisting service for customers living in a flat or with doorways / hallways that cannot be navigated with large furniture. Please note that there is an additional charge for a hoisting service and this fee will be added to your order.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana and can also deliver overseas by arrangement. The delivery fees will depend on your location.
If you are shopping online, our checkout functionality will calculate the cost of delivery for you once you have confirmed your order and address. If you are purchasing at a Coricraft store, one of our friendly sales consultants will inform you of the delivery fee to your specified address.
- We are responsible for the goods while they are in transit, and any damages will be at our expense.
- Your goods will be unwrapped and placed in position in your home by our professional and trained delivery staff.
- Any items requiring assembly will be assembled by our trained staff free of charge.

If you do not wish to make use of our delivery service, you can arrange to collect your order from our warehouse in either Johannesburg or Cape Town. Please speak to your sales consultant or contact us to arrange collection of your purchase.
Should you require repairs or the replacement of furniture under guarantee, there will be no charge. To get a quote on items under guarantee, email a picture and description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer the following guarantees on our furniture, to ensure that you own only the best quality Coricraft furniture.
Guarantee on couches:
- 10 year guarantee on the frame
- 2 year guarantee on the foam / Corifill, stitching and webbing
Guarantee on recliners:
- 10 year guarantee on the frame
- 2 year guarantee on the reclining mechanism
Guarantee on all other furniture (excludes accessories):
- 1 year guarantee on poor workmanship and / or material defects only
We also offer repairs on furniture that is out of guarantee. To get a quote on repair costs contact us.
Please take note of our returns and refunds policy and feel free to get in touch should you have any questions.
Case goods may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days. Should you cancel your order post delivery a refund will only be considered, if goods are in their original condition. Delivery charges will unfortunately not be refunded and a collection fee will be applicable.
Made to order products have been produced specifically for you, therefore no refunds or exchanges can be made. If there is an error on our part regarding the product specification or if the product is found to be faulty, Coricraft will rectify the fault.
Coricraft will at their discretion collect and refund goods that are unsuitable In terms of style or size however a 10% handling fee will be applicable.
