Decorator Terms and Conditions

 

    • All purchases at any Coricraft store have to be accompanied by your Decorator's Card.

 

    • Positive proof of identity will be required (either an ID document or drivers licence) at the time of presenting the Decorators Card.

 

    • Decorators must apply online and acceptance will be part of a manual approval process which will take 5 - 7 days to approve. 

 

    • Approved Decorators will receive discounts on purchases. This discount can be allocated at point of sale. Alternatively, Decorators have three months from the date of invoice to submit a claim to Coricraft for discount values owing to them.

 

    • Decorators' discounts will vary according to spend.

 

    • Approved Decorators will receive a Coricraft Decorators Card reflecting their unique account number.

 

    • Coricraft reserves the right to revoke or disable Decorator status.

 

    • Purchases can be made against the end customer’s account. In this scenario, the Decorator account number must be captured (and validated) against the sales order to allow the Decorator to claim their “commission.”

 

    • Should a Decorator send customer to a Coricraft store (i.e. does not accompany the customer) - The customer will be required to provide a letter of proof from Decorator with their Decorator's account number.

 

    • Purchase can only be made against the end customer’s account. If the customer cannot provide the Decorator’s account number for the sales order, then none is captured and the Decorator will not be able to claim their “commission.”

 

    • The discount does not apply to any promotional items, discontinued or marked down items and service fees such as delivery and scotch guarding.

 

    • Normal payment terms apply: A 50% deposit is required and balance prior to delivery being booked.

 

    • The Decorator must specify what discount should reflect on the invoice.

 

    • Coricraft accepts all major credit cards, EFT payments and cash.

 

    • For credit card payments, the customer who holds the credit card must be in store.

 

    • EFT payments require 48 hours to clear. 

 

    • No cheques are accepted.

 

    • All items ordered are subject to standard quoted lead times.

 

    • Coricraft reserves the right, at our sole discretion, and at any time, to amend these terms and conditions and / or the discount rate and to withdraw the Decorators Card and discount facilities.

 

    • Decorators must be present or submit an authorisation letter permitting transactions to be processed on their Decorators account.
